Nottinghill Genesis Housing Association is looking for an experienced Housing Officer to deliver Housing Management services in Hemel Hemstead. A driving license is mandatory to get around estates/patches. The current temporary officer is leaving, so the position will initially be for 3 months but could be extended depending on caliber, with the possibility of going permanent.
The Housing Officer will be expected to conduct community visits 2 days a week. The remaining 3 days will be at the office in Watford - Bushey from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, with flexibility on start and end times. Tuesday and Thursdays will be from the Watford office.
Must have previous Housing Management experience, be able to hit the ground running, and start immediately. This is an ongoing temporary assignment with the view of going permanent.
Pay rate is £20.43 per hour PAYE or £26.85 umbrella.
