Job Description
Team Leadership:
* Be an inspirational leader promoting success through a results-focused approach.
* Set clear performance objectives, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
* Manage the launch of new products, driving innovative ideas and motivational leadership to encourage the team to exceed targets.
* Responsibility and accountability to deliver on budgets.
Team Development:
* Identify key talent within the team while supporting performance improvement.
* Providing a tailored approach to each individual to ensure there is fair and consistent development across the team.
* Continuously developing a positive environment by ensuring you are promoting the company's culture and values.
Key Account Responsibility:
* Building relationships with our clients' customers, ensuring you are maintaining a strong and growing relationship.
* Continuously look for growth opportunities that add value for customers and the business.
The Successful Applicant
* A strong Sales leader with experience motivating, leading, and developing Sales teams.
* Previous experience in personal care, beauty, or chemical manufacturing would be advantageous.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
* Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytic tools.
* Willingness to travel as needed.
