Overview
We’re looking for a confident, proactive and people-focused Senior Talent Advisor to join one of our amazing creative agencies within Publicis Groupe. In this key role, you’ll partner closely with the Associate Talent Director and the agency’s leadership team to shape and drive the people strategy.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Act as a trusted advisor to the Senior Leadership Team, helping to identify and solve talent challenges aligned with business strategy.
* Own the day-to-day Talent function, bringing structure, pace, and a people-first mindset to everything from engagement to performance management.
* Lead on employee relations, providing clear, strategic advice through complex issues with professionalism and empathy.
* Partner with the Associate Talent Director on salary reviews, using benchmarking, data and insight to support business-aligned decisions.
* Drive initiatives that embed diversity, equity and inclusion, flexible working, and parental-friendly policies into the everyday.
* Work closely with people managers to coach, support and elevate people leadership capability across the agency.
* Help steer and implement change management processes such as TUPE, redundancy, and organisational redesign.
* Champion performance culture through training, tools and targeted initiatives that raise the bar on individual and team performance.
* Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and L&D to ensure a joined-up approach across the full employee lifecycle—from hiring through to high-potential development.
* Use people data and insights to shape decisions, improve retention, and support strategic planning.
What We’re Looking For:
* Solid HR generalist experience with a strong foundation in employee relations, performance, engagement, and change.
* Credibility and confidence in working with senior stakeholders.
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and its practical application in a creative business environment.
* Exceptional organisational and communication skills, with the ability to juggle priorities and stay detail-focused under pressure.
* A data-savvy mindset—comfortable analysing trends and using insights to inform your approach.
* Previous experience in creative, media, digital or production environments is a plus, but not essential.
* CIPD qualified or committed to continue development in the talent space.
