Job Title: Senior PPC Manager (Global)
Reports to: Head of Performance Marketing (Global)
About us: Rentola is a rental search engine with the main focus to provide value to all landlords and home seekers in any given market. Our primary goal is to enable tenants to get a complete overview of all rental listings from landlords of all sizes across 20+ different countries.
Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced, data-driven, Senior PPC Manager to join our fast-growing, in-house Marketing department. The ideal candidate would have extensive, hands-on expertise in Google, Bing Ads and other PPC platforms across international markets, as well as experience with digital analytics, performance tracking and A/B, MVT testing.
Key responsibilities:
Campaign Management & Strategy
* Develop, execute and manage end to end PPC campaigns across various platforms and various markets (Google, Bing, Social media channels) -
* Analyse and identify trends, discover insights and opportunities to improve effectiveness of our paid marketing efforts.
* Actively manage and oversee an annual budget of over €2 million, ensuring ROI is maximised across all accounts/channels and KPIs are met.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders in product, paid social, data to effectively manage and lead accounts to better results.
Performance Analysis & Optimisation
* Monitor campaign performance, analyse key performance indicators and deliver reports on the effectiveness of the paid campaigns.
* Leverage analytics tools (Google analytics, Lookerstudio reports) to assess the impact of PPC and recommend actionable improvements.
* Manage and optimise targeting and bidding strategies to maximise ROI.
Industry Trends & Best Practise:
* Stay informed on all key industry trends, platform updates and emerging technologies.
* Identify and implement new tactics, tools and technologies or be able to streamline operations through the use of automation (scripting) and innovation.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Math and/or related field
* 5+ years of experience in PPC
* Proven track record of managing large scale PPC campaigns with a strong focus on analytics and ROI
* Proficiency in Google ads, Bing Ads and Google Analytics
* Strong analytical skills and ability to use/manage large piece of data
* Excellent communication skills and ability to present data in key stakeholders
* Experience in managing global accounts is a big plus
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
