Job Responsibilities:
* This job is responsible for handling medium to large projects for a Line of Business that may be regional or national in scope.
* Recommending policy and procedural changes and developing measurement criteria and project plans such as cost and resource estimates.
* Working with senior management to evaluate current methods and develop strategies to implement change and improvements brought about by the project.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyzes current state processes, existing operations, procedures, and workflows and discovers pain points to develop approaches for potential solutions, including building a business case for improvement recommendations and driving the execution of implementation.
* Coordinates with the business to support defined project tasks, tracking deliverables and their statuses, and measuring progress against ongoing success measures.
* Supports partnerships with operations management to create project impact and provide direction and guidance to internal teams.
* Establishes and maintains relationships with relevant client stakeholders to communicate updates and escalate issues.
* Performs risk management activities to minimize project risks.
* Assists with creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.

Business Description:
This job will support the full scope of the Private Bank - Collaborative Onboarding Experience (COBE) platform portfolio, focusing heavily on Program Management Office (PMO) governance, routines, and driving the overall initiative forward.
This job is responsible for managing cross-functional and/or inter-departmental projects for the Private Bank Line of Business products, processes, functions, and employee readiness.
Additional Responsibilities:
* Delivers end-to-end project management services for all material change efforts within the Program.
* Manages a diverse portfolio of technology and process change initiatives including regulatory compliance change, operational excellence and strategy implementation.
* Partners with the business, technology, service, and operations to develop detailed project plans and drive execution accountability.
* Ensures successful project delivery by managing project scope, timeline, resources and budget; identifies and manages project issues and risks.
* Collaborates with key stakeholders in support of requirements, development, UAT, user readiness, communications, and production support.
* Keeps both the end user and compliance in mind throughout the project lifecycle.
* Ensures compliance with enterprise change standards.
* Develops concise and succinct presentations that will influence dialogue at all levels.
* Strong facilitation skills, communication with impact, cross-functional business and stakeholder engagement.
* Risk and Audit mindset in the oversight for change management processes.
