Job summary We are seeking a compassionate and motivated leader, registered as an experienced mental health professional, with a passion for ensuring delivery of high quality care to those in mental health crisis. Connection is a key part of our Access to Mental Health Services, providing mental health support and advice to the public, professionals and other agencies including emergency services, across Dorset, via our 24/7 telephone line and in very urgent cases by face to face assessments from our registered mental health practitioners. You will prioritise ensuring the delivery of safe and effective care, within a positive culture that affords opportunity for learning and improvement at every opportunity. You will ensure proactive and supportive supervision is provided for all team members, fostering a culture of psychological safety and collaborative learning and development as a whole team.
