Scope:
Esh Living is a social housing division within Esh Construction and carries out works ranging from minor refurbishment to large scale re-development of existing housing stock, including Greenfield and Brownfield new build developments. Esh Living strives to provide a quality product for its client, within agreed timescales and budgets, and works particularly close with our client’s Asset Managers and Development Managers to ensure full customer satisfaction is achieved.
Esh Living ensures the Health & Safety executive requirements are met and safe working practices are endorsed.
Overall Objective:
To ensure that the overall construction process is effectively, safely and efficiently managed.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Ensure the delivery of projects to agreed timescales
2. Ensure the delivery of projects are within budget requirements
3. Ensure the delivery of projects to an exceptional quality standard
4. Ensure H&S on site is adhered to at all times
5. Plan and coordinate resources to ensure site runs effectively and efficiently
6. Plan and coordinate all work for subcontractors
7. Feedback regularly to Contracts Manager on New Build matters
8. Submit weekly timesheets to payroll – where applicable
9. Ensure site employees are appropriately trained

Experience & Qualifications:
1. At least 3 years occupational experience
2. 5 Day SMSTS
3. First Aid at Work
4. CSCS Card
5. Environmental Waste Management for Managers (desirable)
6. Manual Handling (desirable)
