The role of Administrator:
* Answering and handling calls within the service department
* Liaising with customers, logging breakdowns, and dealing with queries
* Liaising and supporting Service Engineers
* Scheduling workloads for Service Engineers
* Assisting with planning and organizing routine service tests
* Planning and arranging parts for service visits
* Identifying required parts for service visits
The ideal Administrator:
* Strong customer service and administration skills are required
* Previous experience working in a service department would be an advantage
* Good communication and organization skills
