About the role
* To support the everyday activities of the Draeger Dems department within the Northampton facility.
* Organise and implement demo devices and associated consumables for demonstrations at customer sites or exhibitions.
* Support Logistics delivery standards to and from the Northampton facility and requested booking locations.
* Communicate with internal customers and external suppliers to ensure requests are dealt with efficiently and effectively using internal IT systems.
* Coordinating equipment, stock, and documentation to support standards and general device housekeeping.
* Organise transport for service devices to and from customer sites and other Draeger Facilities.
* Support all aspects of stock control to maintain compliance.
Tasks and Responsibilities
All employees are responsible for complying with the Integrated Management System (IMS) and minimising any environmental impact whilst carrying out their duties.
* Create and monitor service order CRM requests.
* Support export workflows for devices to and from EU countries.
* Creation of SAP purchase orders.
* Booking in received items on SAP and liaising with other teams.
* Control of decontamination forms linked to DEMS requests for compliance and traceability.
* Develop an in-depth knowledge of the Draeger product range.
* Handling general day-to-day internal customer inquiries.
* Coordination of required delivery and collection locations with Logistic providers, together with the correct documentation, associated travel requirements and invoice approval.
* Supporting the preparation and control of demo equipment.
* Support DEMS inventory management and stock checks.
* Coordinate the control Demonstration Devices, accessories and consumables via DEMS to support business admin reporting.
* Monitor the status kit lists for each Demonstration Device and coordinate the update with the relevant market team member.
* Ensure that all demonstration devices are kept clean and hygienic.
* Support the coordination of all consumables for facility and devices.
* Undergo necessary training to fulfil all duties.
* Undertake other duties and projects to meet personal, team and organisational objectives.
Additional Responsibilities
* Decontamination process.
* Check that the decontamination form is completed.
* Clean returned devices and put them back in stock or out for Engineers.
* Address unknown returns on the day of receipt or by the next day.
* Monitor the Engineer's board for completed devices, check cleanliness, and return to stock complete with a visible kit list.

Size of team/environment
* The team comprised of 3 members. Manager, One Senior logistics Controller and a logistics Controller.
* In addition, engineers in the DEMS workshop will be part of the DEMS environment.
Your Qualifications

Education/Qualifications
* GCSE A-C grade Math, English.
* Desirable educated to A Level.
Related Experience
* Previous experience in customer and quality-focused roles is desirable.
* Data input eye for a quality experience.
* Being part of a multi-discipline team that covers administrative activities as well as processing products to the customer.

* Clear and confident communication skills.
* Confident and supportive telephone manner.
* Eye for quality and detail.
* Have a current clean UK driving license.
* IT knowledge: MS Office, experience working with bespoke software.
