This is the role for you Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for an Assistant General Manager in Avonmouth, supporting one of our new business wins As part of the senior leadership team of the new site, you will form part of the startup and embed practices to maximise the operation while, supporting the site manager for commercial success of the business. This is a full time, permanent position, predominately working Monday to Friday, 09:00 till 17:00. Budget responsibility, ensuring contract KPIs and budgets are achieved for all areas of responsibility Develop and maintain customer relationships in line with a partnership approach attending customer reviews as required Lead, coach and develop direct reports; responsible for all people processes during the lifecycle of an employee Chair and attend departmental, contractual and site meetings as required What you need to succeed at GXO: Proven experience in a similar senior management role and environment working with a high-profile customer. Experience of leading and developing a team and all associated people processes.
