We have an incredible opportunity for an enthusiastic creator to join our innovative and dynamic social media team. You will need to think creative first, no idea is a bad idea, have your finger on the pulse with trends, be quick and reactive, all whilst keeping a close eye on what performs well and resonates with our audience. You will be responsible for producing engaging and ‘out-there’ content. This may be in-front or behind the camera, wherever the brief takes you. You will be able to ensure every piece of content is high-quality and catches the eye of our users. This role will see you working across multiple channels including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and more, with the goal of enhancing Boots social media presence, making us the leaders in this space. Key Responsibilities: Develop and produce social-first, high quality and on-brand content for various social media platforms including video, photography, copy, and graphic design for use across all social media channels. Produce self-filmed content with confidence and quality. This could be anything from a skincare routine to a vitamins educational video. Brainstorming ideas with the team for all social media moments. Think reactive TikTok trends to a unique concept for a new brand launch. Delivering and producing creative briefs that have been sent from the wider social media and content team. You will be able to clearly follow a brief to any deadline whilst adding your own creative flair. Attend shoots, events and other brand activities to capture new and creative content. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and the beauty/baby/healthcare industry to ensure Boots remains at the forefront of social content, creating the BEST in the business What you'll need to have: • A passion for content creation, specifically in the world of health and beauty. You will already have a genuine interest in our brands, covering everything from TikTok sensation Made By Mitchell, to our everyday essential health and wellness ranges • In the know with the world of creators and influencers. Aware of influencers from 1000 to 1,000,000 followers • Proven experience as a content creator, social media assistant, or similar role, ideally within retail, beauty, or healthcare sectors. • Strong proficiency in content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, video editing software, etc.). • In-depth understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. • Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh, original ideas for campaigns and content. It'd be great if you also have: • Experience in content creation for brands. • Experience with influencer marketing and partnerships. • Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
