What you’ll be doing: Customize standard Salesforce objects and create custom objects, fields, and relationships as needed. Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and Flows. Develop triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processes for scalable solutions while customizing and configuring Salesforce applications to meet business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura. Create and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce solutions and ensure all IT documentation remains up to date. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce configurations and customizations, supporting the business with production queries. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and cybersecurity trends to ensure optimal performance and compliance with internal processes and AXA’s auditors. Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to team members, while demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Utilize structured, organized, and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail to investigate new features and products for business improvements.
