An Excellent Opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Administrator/Controller to join a progressive and ambitious company that is developing global recognition for its exciting range of agricultural machinery.
Fleming Agri Products is based in Newbuildings in the North West of Northern Ireland and currently has over 120 employees working in a modern purpose built factory. The company has an extensive dealer network throughout the UK and Ireland; exporting products to several European countries as well as Australia, New Zealand and USA.

About The Role
As part of a welcoming, supportive and knowledgeable team in an ever-growing business your key tasks will include:
Matching invoices to delivery dockets to verify receipt of goods/services
Reconcile supplier invoices to purchase orders checking quantities & prices
Follow up discrepancies
Process purchase invoices & credits
File supplier invoices
Verify supplier statements
Process expense claims verifying receipts
Purchase reports & submissions
Experience working on Purchase Ledger preferred but not essential; training opportunities provided

About The Company
The Fleming Agri factory is based in Newbuildings, North West Northern Ireland. The purpose built factory was established in 1983 on a modest half acre site.Over the years the factory has had several expansion developments including a £1.1m expansion which was completed in 2013. More recently a new 22,000 square feet factory has been opened mid 2020 for the manufacture of larger capacity trailers and vacuum tankers.With the pace of new technology moving so fast, the company embraces a policy of continuous improvement, involving the most up to date design packages, CNC production machinery and processes including robotic welding.

* IT literate
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong communication and organisational skills
