This role involves a variety of tasks, including managing customer communications, creating quotations and scheduling workloads. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer calls and emails, create quotations, and manage service reports. Schedule workloads and assist the Service back office team. Provide holiday cover and assist with spare parts billing. Skills and Competencies: Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage priorities. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP (preferred). Initiative and ability to remain calm under pressure.
