Responsibilities
Position Summary:
Assesses patient/family health problems and resources, takes a leadership role in the development, implementation, and outcomes evaluation of a plan for nursing care provided by the Medical/Surgical/Telemetry 3 North nursing team. Provides technical nursing care and interventions to designated patient populations. This position requires providing service to one or more age populations, including an ill neonate through geriatric patient population, in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served. This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of the Organization. It is expected that the employee demonstrates behavior consistent with the Core Values. The employee shall support the Organization's strategic plan and the goals and direction of the Performance Improvement Plan (PIP).

Qualifications
Minimum:
1. Graduate of an RN School of Nursing
2. Current BLS certification
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
1. One year recent acute care experience
2. Bachelor's degree in a health-related field
3. ACLS certification
Pay Range
$59.60 - $77.30 /hour
