What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for a Property Inspections Coordinator to help manage and optimise the property inspections process. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, reliable, and good with people, possessing exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Requirements include a full, clean UK driving licence, use of their own car, good written and telephone skills, and confidence with IT. We prefer someone who can work full-time (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday) but will consider applications for at least 30 hours per week during the same timeframe.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing diaries of the property inspectors
* Diarising inspection visits and revisits with tenants
* Managing the booking process for property inspections, new inventories, check-outs, and property condition reports
* Reviewing periodic inspection reports and discussing findings with property managers
