At its heart this is recognising the role of adverse experience in peoples lives both clients and colleagues and providing care that is trauma aware, safe responsive and collaborative Main duties of the job As Somerset Specialist Psychological Interventions (SPI) lead psychologist, you would be providing senior clinical leadership and expertise to ensure the delivery of an integrated, flexible and accessible psychological provision within the community mental health locality. This will include being embedded within the mental health team to support colleagues in the provision of care through consultation, team formulation, clinical supervision and training.
