The company is currently recruiting for a Bookkeeper and Finance Administrator to support the company director with a range of responsibilities. The role would be based from home There would be lots of flexibility to work around people’s lifestyle. The succesfull candidate will oversee and support the company Director with the following: Ownership of accounts software via QuickBooks Chasing invoices for payments and account reconciliations for both permanent and freelance contractor payroll Managing the company staff payroll General ad hoc responsibilities including supporting with freelance employee contracts Liasing with third party payroll company for LTD company contractors About you: Self-starter who is organised Experience of using quick books or similar accounts software Good level of IT skills including MS-Word and MS-Excel It would be advantageous if you have worked for a recruitment business previously but this is not essential If you are available to start, and have experience as a Finance Assistant/Bookkeeper then please contact us and apply with an updated CV
