Senior Service Advisor
Location: Newbury
Salary: £33,673 basic per annum plus bonus, OTE £40,000 +
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am to 6pm, Saturdays mornings on a rota

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Service Advisor for our clients' main dealer site in the Newbury area. For this customer-facing opportunity, you must have experience within a car dealership Service department. We are looking for someone with a strong customer service background, with the right personality and confidence to fit with the team.
Senior Service Advisor role:
1. This Senior Service Advisor position entails both working alongside the Service Manager to deliver the goals of the business, assist, train and coach other Service Advisors within the business and also assisting the customer as they book their vehicle into the workshop.
2. Delivering high levels of customer service you will find their requirements and advise on cost, time scale and what exactly will happen.
3. This Senior Service Advisor role is within a busy dealership that requires someone who can deal with the volumes while delivering a high standard of customer service.
Senior Service Advisor requirements:
1. Previous motor trade experience. We may consider someone from an independent garage who can show the knowledge, confidence and driven manner.
2. Have a steady work history.
3. Pinnacle or Kerridge experience is preferable but not essential. Having experience with some sort of dealership system.
4. Looking for a confident, friendly and professional individual with a strong customer service background.
