Role Overview
The Solutions Consultant will be responsible for delivering tailored product demonstrations, addressing client-specific needs, and showcasing the value of mywage solutions. Working closely with sales, product, and technical teams, this role bridges the gap between client requirements and our product capabilities, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, customised product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the value and functionality of mywage solutions.

Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements, pain points, and objectives.
*
Translate client needs into tailored demonstrations that showcase how mywage can solve specific business challenges.
*
Act as a product expert, staying up-to-date with the latest features, integrations, and enhancements.
*
Address client questions and objections with in-depth product knowledge and problem-solving expertise.
*
Work with the product team to provide feedback on user experience and market needs.
*
Assist in creating demo environments and configuring solutions to reflect real-world client scenarios.
*
Support pre-sales activities, including RFP/RFI responses and technical discussions.
*
Build strong relationships with prospective clients by demonstrating a deep understanding of their industry and challenges.
*
Provide training or technical support during proof-of-concept or pilot phases as needed.
*
Occassional travel to client sites (where needed)
Required Skills and Experience
*
Proven experience as a Solutions Consultant, Solutions Engineer, or in a similar pre-sales role.
*
Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
*
Experience in the payroll, HR, or staffing industry is highly desirable.
*
Technical aptitude, with the ability to understand software products and explain their value clearly.
*
Salesforce Platform knowledge a must
*
Ability to customise and adapt product demonstrations to meet specific client requirements.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, client-focused approach.
*
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
*
This is a remote position, with occasional travel to client sites as required based on project and client needs.
