Murphy is recruiting for a Engineering Manager to work with Specialist Business Unit on our Water and Oil & Gas Projects. This role can be based out of our Cannock or Stone Cross, Warrington office. We provide Self Delivered Build only solutions to support our wider business focusing on our Water Frameworks and Oil & Gas Projects delivering MEICA installation works across the portfolio. A day in the life of a Murphy Engineering Manager - MEICA Development and delivery of the MEICA Delivery model supporting specific Water Frameworks and Oil & Gas projects and provide routine reporting to the SBU SLT Provide technical assurance and take ownership for the suitability of the project solution throughout the project life cycle Provide support to our work winning teams in the preparation of enquires, technical evaluation of bids and general MEICA support to ensure that we have a robust scope of works and a fully integrated and coordinated design solution Support supply chain selection for specialist input to the design and procurement Support recruitment of the MEICA Installation team as it continues to grow Provide mentoring to the MEICA team Liaise and engage with our Main Business teams ensuring we support successful delivery of their projects Keep up to date with emerging water and oil & gas sector technologies Embrace digital engineering Support business improvement for our Specialist Business unit Still interested, does this sound like you?
