LGS Vision are delighted to be working exclusivity with our client as they source a Bookkeeper / Assistants Assistant to join their team.
They are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join us as a Bookkeeper / Accounts Assistant. This role is integral to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations & accurate financial tracking.
Responsibilities:
* Accounts payable & Receivables
* Reconciling bank accounts
* Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers and journals
* Processing both purchase ledger & sales ledger transactions in an accurate & timely manner
* VAT Returns
* Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts
* Creating and entering all invoices onto accounting system
* Experience using Sage Cloud
* Review ledger accounts
* Allocate accounts correctly as per remittance
* Sending and actioning account forms
* Credit check on customer
* Setting up accounts
* Dealing with account queries or invoices queries
* Assisting with invoices out as and when required
* Keep track of BACS account
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Experience in Bookkeeping/Accounts Assistant: Minimum 3 years in a similar role
