This position has come about due to an exciting expansion of the team in their Deeside office. As a Sales and Purchasing Executive, you will be flexible to a variety of tasks, from inbound calls and account management, to stock sourcing and procurement. The ideal candidate will have sales experience within an engineering environment. Role & Responsibilities: Inbound sales: responding to customer queries, generating customer quotations, processing customer orders and arranging stock deliveries. Predominantly an account management based sales position, more so than business development. Communicating with the warehouse staff to ensure the procurement of materials required for customer orders. Sourcing new stock and suppliers, and negotiating with existing suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective suppliers and stock are procured for the business. Knowledge, Skills & Experience: The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a sales role, specifically from an engineering background. Knowledge of purchasing and procurement is desirable. Knowledge of engineering products and pipes and drainage systems is desirable.
