Management of workwithin cost andbudget Report on team progress and performancewith an awareness of financial forecasting and estimating Security AssuranceCase Captured and agreed technical requirementsin accordance with company and programmeprocesses Compliant technical solutions againstcontractual requirements andregulations Technical input and appropriateconsideration of product security activities and issues for LCMdeliverables and Design Reviews, including Sub-Contract DesignReviews Captured and agreed input to appropriateVerification and QualificationPlans Specialist advice and contribution to otherproject documentation, such as Training Needs Analysis (TNA),Technical Publications, Cyber Incident Plans and OperatingInstructions (list is notexhaustive)
Yourskills and experiences:
Degree (orequivalent experience) in a relevant STEM subject or InformationSecurity related.Holds CISSP (or able toachieve) Engineering lifecycle and ProjectManagement knowledge andexperience Thorough understanding of informationsecurity principles and its potential impact on ProductSystems. Leads on the assessment of and advises onthe controls to support ProductSecurity Experience of Consultancy on theapplication of Product Security/Information Security concepts toapplicable technologies within the environment (orsimilar) Can demonstrate experience of mentoringand/or providing support toothers Is a member of a professionalinstitute

The Product Security (PSec) Senior EngineeringManager is the lead and focal point for all matters relating tosecurity and information risk associated with the engineeringdelivery of the product.They are responsible for the high levelstrategy, management, planning, estimating and leadership of allPSec activities required to deliver a solution that meets thespecified PSec contractual and regulatory requirements throughoutthe product lifecycle.
