An opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Governance Facilitator to join the NHS Highland Clinical Governance Support Team which is responsible for complaints, incident management, patient experience/feedback, clinical audits and evaluations and freedom of information.
The post will be based at Assynt House however at times you will be required to work within locations throughout Highland.
The post holder will have responsibilities for supporting litigation, Freedom of information/ complaints, clinical effectiveness and patient feedback with responsibility for ensuring learning and improvements are identified and shared.
The post holder is responsible for supporting a wide range of quality and patient safety projects.
Ideally you will be educated to degree level and have at least two years’ experience in working in NHS or similar organisation.
This role does not meet the eligibility criteria for a or a NHS Highland is unable to provide candidates with a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS).
