Who You Are You’re an enthusiastic and proactive training professional, excited by the opportunity to work at the intersection of healthcare and innovation. What you bring to the team: Solid scientific grounding — both theoretical and practical — in a healthcare or medical setting. Clear and confident communication, with excellent time management and sound decision-making. A team mindset, with the ability to work independently when needed. A valid UK/EU (or equivalent) driving license and passport for occasional international travel. Fluency in spoken and written English. What you hold: A degree-level qualification or equivalent. Background in nursing, Biomedical Science (BMS), or a training-related field. Insight into healthcare structures across the HSE (Ireland) and HSCNI (Northern Ireland). Experience designing and delivering bespoke training aligned with patient pathways. Familiarity with medical diagnostics systems and quality assurance tools.
