At Safeguard Armour, we’re looking for a Sales Operations Manager to take ownership of our sales processes, ensuring their successful implementation and leading our sales teams and distributors toward consistent growth. This is a role for someone who values clear processes, stable leadership, and a methodical approach to achieving outstanding results and gaining recognition in a small growing team.
We are rapidly growing our sales via international distribution partners, and need a detail orientated, consistent operational manager to ensure consistency and accountability to the KAMs. This is a hybrid job ideally 1-2 day a week in our Leeds office, will consider remote for right candidate
What You’ll Do
Ensure the Reliable Implementation of Processes:
* Take charge of executing established sales and operational systems with precision and consistency.
* Use attention to detail and consistency to manage channel sales data from global channels
* Manage distributors and Key Account Managers (KAMs) to ensure all procedures are followed accurately, fostering stability and reliability across all operations.
Provide Stable Leadership:
* Lead and support KAMs and distributors by providing clear guidance, tools, and resources to meet company objectives.
* Act as a stabilizing force within the team, ensuring everyone is aligned with their goals and has the clarity needed to succeed.
Co-ordinate and manage tender projects
* Take charge of executing and organising detailed tender proposals
* Working with product, supply, and marketing to lead RFI/RFQ propsal
Drive Measurable Results Through Detailed Execution:
* Methodically implement sales strategies that deliver clear and visible results, ensuring distributors and teams meet or exceed KPIs.
* Proactively monitor performance, address gaps, and make adjustments to drive consistent, tangible improvements.
Coordinate Distributor Activity:
* Build strong working relationships with distributors, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to succeed.
* Focus on practical problem-solving and ensuring distributors are consistently aligned with company objectives.
Maintain Accountability and Team Alignment:
* Regularly track team and distributor performance against clear benchmarks, providing structured updates and guidance to ensure progress toward goals.
* Support the seamless coordination of tender submissions, ensuring all steps are completed methodically and on schedule.
