We are seeking an exceptional Technical Operations Manager to join the Claridges team.

As a Technical Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Protect the Companys interests in the building, plant and equipment, ensuring the safety of guests, visitors and colleagues.
* Maintain the asset value of the property and enhance, refine and improve presentation and operating effectiveness to provide an exceptional guest and colleague experience.
* To ensure that the departments are correctly staffed and trained with a suitable team for their function, and to ensure that these team members can perform their duties to the standard required by the hotel and the company.
* Develop and implement a robust Planned and Preventative Maintenance regime across M&E services, structure, fabric and FF&E
* Establish and implement a perfect room programme in accordance with Claridges standards and budgetary expectations.
Successful candidates for our Technical Operations Manager opportunity will:
* Ensure compliance of plant and equipment in line with UK health & safety regulations, ensuring all statutory inspections are completed within time and follow-up actions required as necessary.
* Ensure reactive maintenance system (KnowCross) is fully operational to limit downtime of bedrooms and services
