* Familiar with the Devon Hospitality landscape and the particular challenges of seasonal seaside trade
* Able to take full responsibility for the business in the absence of the GM
* Diligent about compliance and sustainability
* Well presented with good business acumen and an analytical approach to problem solving
* Able to commit to support the GM in growing the business and building a great team
* Determined to develop and maintain day-making hospitality through brand standards

Previous experience and knowledge of supervising seasonal hospitality operations with a busy food profile is essential.
