What You'll Do:
1. Purchasing - Source and purchase materials, parts, and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
2. Purchase Orders - Raise and process POs via Sage 50, ensuring accurate records and supplier payments.
3. Fleet Management - Oversee vehicle MOTs, servicing, and compliance to keep the fleet running smoothly.
4. Administration - Handle general office admin, maintain records, and support the team with day-to-day operations.
What We're Looking For:
1. Experience in purchasing, fleet coordination, or admin (ideally in construction or a related sector).
2. Knowledge of Sage 50 for raising and managing POs - desirable not essential.
3. Strong organisational and communication skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
