Oxford Brookes University is recruiting for an exceptional Heavy Duty Cleaner to join the Residences team. Working together with the management team, you will provide a high quality service and operational support to our students and conference guests. Working closely with the Supervisors and Domestic Assistants to ensure compliance standards are met and maintained. You will support our Residence Life team in providing a well rounded and enjoyable student experience.

As Heavy Duty Cleaner, your will role would include responsibility for:
Carrying out domestic cleaning tasks in student accommodation such as kitchen, bedroom or bathroom cleaning or linen changes
Dealing with customer queries, issues or concerns.
You will have the experience of:
Working in a fast pace customer service environment in a domestic/porter role
Being part of a professional team with a strong work ethic
Being able to manage your time and workload effectively.
Key skills:
Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
A keen eye for detail.
