Job Description What will you be doing? We’re seeking a talented individual to join our Bestinvest team in Liverpool. The Operations Executive role requires close cooperation with all Online Investment Services team members and interaction with other operational areas across the business and stakeholder departments. The goal is to deliver high-quality end-client service for Bestinvest clients, from the telephone through to servicing on our custodial platform. The position demands a strategic and commercially aware approach, with excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills. The role involves delivering high-performing, quality services that ensure consumer outcomes are core to delivery against key performance indicators, business goals, and objectives. The Operations Executive must work collaboratively with peers to drive consistency and cultural alignment with the brand. As Operations Executive - Bestinvest, your responsibilities will include among others Respond to telephone and email enquiries in a timely, professional manner, liaising with fund managers and external parties as necessary. Log, maintain, and respond to written client enquiries, ensuring all client and external documents are relevant and up to date. Ensure all operational deliverables are actioned on time in accordance with service level agreements, agreed quality standards, regulatory and company requirements. Adhere to all HMRC and FCA regulations, including CASS & COBS rules, and company policies and procedures. Maintain accurate client data on all platforms and process transfer requests on the custody platform. Closure/archiving of records on XPLAN and investigate & respond to any incoming queries.
