The Role: Create and deliver the strategic marketing plan for B2C retrofit propositions. Drive brand awareness and lead generation marketing activity based on data driven decision, targeting high energy use customer segments identified through sector/customer/demographic insights. Develop and lead the online content strategy for retrofit installed services. To work closely with the Leadership Team to deliver integrated strategic plans to achieve shared KPI's and 3-year plan. Be customer focused, creating and delivering engaging, results driven campaigns from acquisition through to nurture Possess an understanding of the Social Housing and Domestic Retrofit Sectors and varying funding streams. Have a flexible approach to supporting networking and client award opportunities Understand the basics of referral mechanics, conversion optimization and SEO, and expertise in these channels is highly desirable. Highly data-driven and have strong data skills, with a deep desire to understand users and improve their experience at every opportunity.
