Who We’re Looking For
We're on the lookout for a Customer Service Specialist who’s more than just a problem solver - you’re a customer champion! You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they get top-notch support and solutions tailored to their needs. If you thrive in a fast-paced fintech environment, have a sharp eye for detail, and know how to make customers feel valued, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do
1. Deliver outstanding customer service that keeps clients coming back.
2. Build strong, long-lasting relationships through active listening, problem-solving, and empathy.
3. Resolve intricate merchant enquiries regarding payments, fees, onboarding, reporting, and data.
4. Provide clear, confident, and effective solutions to customer enquiries.
5. Become a Paynt expert - understand our products, systems, and processes inside out.
6. Act as the bridge between customers and our internal teams, ensuring accurate and complete communication. You will require strong collaboration skills to communicate and work effectively with internal teams and other stakeholders.
7. Gather feedback, identify trends, and help shape the future of our service.
8. Keep detailed records of interactions - because every detail matters!
What You Bring
1. Experience in merchant acquiring, payments, fintech, or financial services.
2. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
3. A proven track record of delivering stellar customer service.
4. Flawless English (spoken & written) and excellent communication skills.
5. The ability to work independently, think critically, and navigate multiple systems.
6. A level of technical proficiency to be able to work in and understand different IT systems, provide basic troubleshooting to customers.
7. A customer-first mindset - you genuinely care about helping people.
8. The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment and be able to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and empathy.
