What the job involves This position involves providing a professional administrative and minute-taking business support service to all Social Care teams, particularly in the realms of Fostering, Looked after Children, Family Support & Intervention, and Safeguarding. You will be responsible for attending and accurately recording a high volume of meetings, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining efficient communication with diverse groups. You'll coordinate statutory and non-statutory meetings, manage diaries, and maintain compliance with data protection legislation. Furthermore, you will actively contribute to process improvements and provide training and support to your colleagues, acting as a point of contact in the absence of your line manager. You will work from the office based in Coed Pella, Colwyn Bay, from Monday to Friday, for 37 hours per week.
