Job Description
As an Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for:
* in the preparation of financial reports and accounts
* Processing invoices and maintaining accurate financial records
* Reconciliation of bank statements
* Assisting with budget preparation and cost analysis
* Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
* Collaborating with other departments to improve financial procedures
* Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies
* Performing administrative duties as required in the Accounting & Finance department
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
* A strong academic background in accounting or a related field
* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* A proactive approach to problem-solving
