About the Role:
As a key player in our client’s global commercial distribution management, you will be at the heart of operations, overseeing day-to-day business activities and fostering a best-in-class experience for internal and external partners. This is an exciting opportunity to be instrumental in achieving greater business outcomes while working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Leadership: Implement the overall commercial distribution strategy, aligning with organisational goals and objectives.
* Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with executives at key distribution partners, effectively communicating our client’s vision and strategy.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside internal teams to develop initiatives that drive growth and efficiency.
* Data Analysis: Analyse sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and recommend new business partnerships.
* Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with distribution partnerships and ensure a seamless supply chain.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience: Minimum of 8 years in distribution channel management, operations, or programme management. B2B channel sales experience is a plus!
* Education: BS/BA in Business, Operations, or related field.
* Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite, with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
* Problem Solver: Strong analytical skills and ability to navigate complex organisations while balancing multiple priorities.
* Communication: Excellent communication skills to present updates and strategic initiatives to internal and external executives.
