Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging Maths lessons to students, ensuring their understanding and progress
* Develop lesson plans and teaching materials that align with the curriculum
* Assess and evaluate students' performance, providing constructive feedback
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress and any concerns or challenges
* Implement effective classroom management strategies that promote a safe and supportive learning environment
* Stay updated with current educational research and trends to enhance teaching methods and approaches
Requirements
* Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent in Maths Education
* Proven experience teaching Maths at the primary or secondary level
* Excellent knowledge of the Maths curriculum and teaching methods
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
* Passion for teaching and fostering a love for Maths in students
* Proactive and flexible approach to teaching and learning
