So, what’s the job? You’ll build and maintain strong relationships with Senior Management and business managers You’ll provide timely information to support decision-making and financial performance improvements You’ll prepare, analyse, and report on key performance drivers, including KPIs You’ll assist with budgeting, forecasting, and aligning budgets with business strategies You’ll own finance and performance reporting content and commentary for aligned businesses You’ll manage balance sheet and P&L reconciliations, ensuring accurate financial reporting You’ll act as a key liaison with external auditors and manage audit processes You’ll deliver financial services in line with agreed timetables and service levels And what are we looking for? You’ll have 5 years’ experience in a similar role with proven analysis and business background You’ll have experience with budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting You’ll possess strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial aspects clearly You’ll commit to flexible working hours to accommodate different time zones You’ll bring a continuous improvement mindset with a customer-focused, results-oriented approach You’ll have strong problem-solving skills, integrity, and the ability to manage confidentiality You’ll have knowledge of accounting standards, legislation, and stakeholder management, with the ability to navigate change effectively So, why choose us?
