We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join our fast-paced Innovation Team. The purpose of the role is to develop new and innovative products and provide support at all stages of the development process from concept to product trials.
Main Responsibilities
* Work alongside relevant functions to support the development of new products
* Visit and liaise directly with customers to identify and present new concepts
* Prepare technical documentation and evaluate HACCP requirements for new products
* Match customer recipes and develop new recipes to customer requirements
* Maintain a comprehensive database of recipe information and costings
* Identify emerging food and market trends

* Good standard of computer literacy
