Vacancy - Personal Assistant to Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team
Salary/Grade: Grade 6, SCP 11-19 - pro rata per annum – term time only (£27,269 - £31,067)
Hours: Hours: TBC at Interview.
Will include an 8am start on Wednesdays and 5pm Finish on Mondays and the rest of the hours based around, 8.30am – 3.30pm

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth running of the school and providing comprehensive administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Diary Management: Manage complex diaries, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
* Correspondence: Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and reports.
* Website management: Responsible for regularly checking and updating to ensure only current and accurate information is included.
* Minute Taking: Attend meetings and produce accurate and concise minutes.
* Project Management: Assist with various projects and initiatives as required.
* General Administration: Undertake general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning.
* Event Planning: Coordinate and organize events, conferences, and meetings.
Essential Skills:
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Discretion and confidentiality
Desirable Skills:
* Experience in a school environment
* Knowledge of school administration systems
* Experience in managing social media and school websites
