Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Care Coordinator to support the management in overseeing day-to-day operations of our care agency.
The ideal candidate will manage and supervise care workers, ensuring exceptional service delivery to customers, clients, and colleagues on a daily basis.
Care Co-ordinator Responsibilities:
* Supervise and manage care teams to deliver high-quality services.
* Collaborate with the Branch Manager to drive branch performance and customer satisfaction.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and staff productivity.
* Maintain accurate records and reports on team performance and client feedback.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a care coordination or management role.
* Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
