We are seeking an experienced and accomplished Senior Accountant to join our General Accounting team, where you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality services to a diverse portfolio of clients across Europe.
As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to shape our accounting processes and procedures, driving innovation and excellence in everything we do. You will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding junior team members, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their full potential.
Our Investment, Accounting and Reporting Solutions division is a global hub of activity, with offices in the UK, Amsterdam, Luxembourg, Germany, and Poland. As a Senior Accountant, you will be part of a collaborative and dynamic team, working together to deliver world-class services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver high-quality accounting services to a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring their financial needs are met and exceeded.
2. Shape and implement accounting processes and procedures that drive efficiency, accuracy, and innovation, setting a new standard for our team.
3. Mentor and guide junior team members, helping them to develop their skills, build their confidence, and achieve their full potential.
4. Prepare bespoke monthly and quarterly management reports, as well as annual and interim standalone and consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS and FRS 102 for a range of complex entities.
5. Review and prepare SPV and Holdco reporting and financial statements, while providing support with financial analysis, complex reporting, and work on acquisitions and disposals.
6. Collaborate with colleagues across Europe to deliver exceptional services, leveraging diverse perspectives and expertise to drive results.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Senior Accountant in a similar role.
2. Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
