Credit Controller
Location: Uxbridge (initial 6 months), then hybrid in Central London (Victoria) - 2 days in office, 3 days WFH
Salary: £30,000 + bonus up to 40% (OTE £42k)

About the Role: As a Credit Controller, you’ll be key to ensuring timely collections of overdue debt, managing reconciliations, and nurturing strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage overdue debt collection and liaise daily with clients to ensure credit terms are met.
2. Raise credits, manage reconciliations, and follow up with authorisations to maintain accuracy.
3. Develop and implement account action plans for effective collections.
4. Participate in monthly meetings to strategise on overdue accounts and determine next steps.
5. Keep customer account records updated.
6. Assist in litigation processes, including issuing court summons, in line with regulatory requirements.
About You: We're looking for a proactive Credit Controller with excellent communication skills who is customer-focused and detail-oriented.
Key Skills & Experience Required:
1. Previous experience in a credit control role, preferably in a fast-paced setting.
2. Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
3. Intermediate MS Excel skills and familiarity with customer databases.
4. Strong organisational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
5. Confident communicator with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
