We are currently assisting a small, friendly business based in Northampton to recruit an experienced Bookkeeper / Office Manager on a permanent basis. Full time permanent office based. Duties to include: Process sales and purchase invoices Credit Control Deal with supplier payments and statement reconciliations Bank reconciliations Process expenses / credit card transactions Prepare and post Accounts Payable payments Assist Financial Accountant with month-end routines Payroll, including RTI on a monthly basis Completion of VAT Returns Payments by BACS, CHAPS, Cheque, Direct Debit and Standing Orders Matching invoices to delivery notes Skills: Experience working for Small businesses Systems experience - Word, Excel, Sage, and Iris if possible
