Job Description:We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide 1st and 2nd line support to a growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all IT-related issues, helping to ensure that operations continue without interruption. You'll play a key role in maintaining IT infrastructure, supporting users across multiple departments, and troubleshooting a variety of technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide 1st and 2nd line support to all staff, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
2. Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and telephony systems.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
4. Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
5. Assist in the management of user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory.
6. Monitor and maintain backup systems, ensuring data integrity and security.
7. Liaise with third-party vendors for escalated issues and hardware replacements.
8. Document IT processes and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible.
