Morson Talent is recruiting for an Demand Management Specialist to support operations at RAF Lossiemouth. This role plays a key part in managing Mission Critical AGE and TME assets, ensuring smooth logistics operations, and maintaining high standards in equipment oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Provide statistical data on asset availability
✔ Manage calibration and maintenance schedules
✔ Oversee on-base repairs and logistics processes
✔ Ensure accuracy of documentation and inventory transactions
✔ Coordinate movement of equipment on/off base
✔ Support the acceptance of new equipment into service
✔ Work closely with engineering and logistics teams to meet operational requirements
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Essential Skills:
Ability to work independently and proactively
Strong time management and communication skills
IT literate and numerate
Experience working in logistics or engineering environments
Knowledge of MJDI and supply chain processes
Desirable Skills:
Awareness of MASO145 regulations
Experience in a GEF or TMEC role
Familiarity with supply chain IT systems
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday (37 hours per week)
⏰ Core hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Mon-Thurs), 7:30 AM – 12 PM (Fri)
Shift work may be required based on workload
