As Bar Manager, youll have the chance to take ownership of the bar, curating a unique cocktail menu that complements the venues dynamic food offering. Bar Manager Ideal Profile:
* Experience in AA Rosette or Michelin Star standard not required, but would be a bonus
* A skilled mixologist is preferred, with a passion for crafting creative and innovative cocktails
* A Background in Restaurant settings, with knowledge on restaurant operations
* Strong leadership and management skills to oversee bar operations and staff
* Experience in stock management, ordering, and cost control
* Excellent customer service skills with a focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and vibrant setting
Bar Manager Responsibilities:
* Overseeing the daily operations of the bar, ensuring high standards of service
* Creating and maintaining an exciting cocktail menu that complements the venues culinary offerings
* Managing stock levels, placing orders, and controlling costs to maximize profitability
