Trainee Sales Proposals Engineer who has proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, an outgoing and ‘can do’ personality, with excellent communication skills and a great telephone manner is required to join our sales team at Redler, based in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire, South West England.
NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED – FULL TRAINING PROVIDED
If you have some experience in sales and/or customer service this would be great but is not essential as full training will be provided for the right candidate.
SALARY: £28,000 per annum + Benefits

Working as a Trainee Sales Proposals Engineer you will:
• Learn to interpret customer requirements and specifications
• Collaborate with other members of the proposals department to generate accurate quotation costing
• Contact customers to discuss their requirement and help to refine the companies offering and improve competitiveness
• Learn and develop skills in estimating, proposal writing and customer relationship management
The ideal Trainee Sales Proposals Engineer will have an inquisitive mindset, eager to learn and grow, coupled with strong IT skills to efficiently navigate databases and gather the necessary information to address customer inquiries.
