Main duties of the job
Reporting into the Community Continence Nurse Manager, your responsibilities will include:
1. Manage patient and healthcare provider enquiries
2. Update patient records and scheduling appointments
3. Facilitate communication within the Trust and with external partners
4. Help with data management, audit support, and policy compliance
5. Help manage the Nurses' diaries

Person Specification
Qualifications/Training
* Recognised IT qualification
Experience
* Considerable experience working in an administrative or secretarial role
* Experience working in a customer service or patient-facing environment
* Knowledge of data protection guidelines
* Experience of managing own workload in a busy role and working independently to complete tasks on time
* Worked with children and young people
* Worked within the National Health Service
Knowledge and Skills
* Knowledge of a range of non-routine administrative procedures and ability to create new procedures
* Excellent typing skills and ability to prepare letters and other documents
* Knowledge of supplies management e.g. monitoring inventory and ordering stock
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Experience in a healthcare setting
Personal Attributes
* Ability to collaborate with colleagues and adapt to diverse communication styles
* Willingness and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced working environment
* Ability to demonstrate empathy and respect when engaging with patients, families, carers, and colleagues
* Ability to use and maintain electronic medical record systems
